That Scam Show is a labor of love. It’s a volunteer activity, and sometimes there isn’t much time or energy to produce content, but Kerri is determined to share the information and skills that have kept her safe from scams – despite being targeted Every Single Day.
By day, Dr Kerri O’Donnell is a university lecturer in Accounting & Corporate Governance. She has taught many subjects since 2007, but her favorites are Operational Risk Management, Accounting (Undergrad and Masters) and Global Strategy & Leadership (CPA Specialisation).
Kerri was a Certified Fraud Examiner for 10 years (2009-2018) and wrote a PhD thesis about the importance of skills to identify fake and deceptive information.
In early 2019, she finished the first draft of a book about Romance Scams, due for publication in the New Year (or whenever time permits). It’s release will be announced here – so stay tuned!
